Lauren’s career in advertising spans three countries and two continents where she’s led leading innovative agencies and delivered award-winning work.
Before joining as President of Doner LA, Lauren was President & CEO of Chandelier Creative, leading offices on both the East and West Coasts and overseeing the expansion into Hong Kong and Europe across clients in the Fashion, Retail, CPG, Travel & Hospitality and Technology space.
Before the U.S., Lauren lived in Australia for 12 years, where she met her husband and ran an award-winning marketing agency. We’re all disappointed that she doesn’t have an Australian accent; it’s probably because she is still a true Canadian at heart – born and raised!
Lauren’s demonstrated entrepreneurial approach, and her breadth of experience working across a vast array of categories and retail brands, as well as her track record for driving growth, fuel Doner LA’s continued momentum.
EVP, Chief Creative Officer
Jason may look super young, well-rested and incredibly handsome, but he actually has 25+ years’ experience working at some of the most creatively awarded advertising and design agencies in the world.
Under his creative leadership, Doner LA has grown from a small client service outpost to a bustling modern agency of over 40 people.
Creating award-winning work for such clients as Apple, Netflix, Nestlé, Del Monte, LA Clippers, NBC Universal, Molson Coors and AMC Networks. His goal is to continue to make big, buzzworthy creative work that creates unprecedented positive results for clients, while creating a process and culture that is fun, collaborative and integrated.
Jason brings 20+ years of creating award-winning work in nearly every category from Spirits, Entertainment, CPG, Retail to Fashion and Travel/Hospitality.
SVP, Director of Client Service
Perry leads the Client Service team at Doner LA and is responsible for the overall health, growth and success of initiatives for the agency’s clients.
During his 15+ years in advertising, Perry has worked with a diverse group of clients including Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Domino’s, Apple, AmEx, Amazon, Coca-Cola, Molson Coors, Del Monte Foods, Nestlé, Netflix, Nike, P&G, Tesco, Toyota and Volkswagen.
Throughout his career, Perry’s brand-building expertise has been battle-tested across fully integrated campaigns, new product launches, crisis response (thanks Domino’s, Toyota and VW…). He has also led the development of full-spectrum digital programs — ranging from enterprise-level e-commerce websites for Domino’s to digital loyalty programs for Tesco.
Perry joined Doner LA in 2016 — coming from from Deutsch, where he was VP, Account Director. Before that, and after a brief stint in the financial planning sector, Perry led teams at Saatchi & Saatchi, Wieden+Kennedy and Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
Perry holds degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
VP, Brand Strategy
Eddie was born and raised in Miami. He’s the only person who believes Los Angeles has seasons, as anything under 60 degrees is labeled winter to him. He misses the cool breeze of a nice AC unit at night, but will settle for a nice open window ocean breeze.
Eddie’s path to advertising started in a pretty unexpected place: conducting research for a company that named pharmaceutical products. It was exactly as exciting as it sounds, which is to say, not exciting at all. But the real magic, so to speak, began with a trip to Disney World. There, he spent the day wondering why the Imagineers did what they did, and focusing on the craft of storytelling through the understanding of human behavior.
That trip led to pursuing a career in Strategic Planning, beginning with some of the most successful agencies in the Hispanic market, Zubi Advertising and Conill, working primarily across the Automotive, Banking, Travel and Food industries.
He made the jump to General Market advertising in 2014, where he worked at 72andSunny, specializing in guiding brands like the Truth anti-smoking initiative, Coors Light, Carl’s Jr./Hardee’s, and Allstate to be more disruptive and relevant to today’s audiences. He spent the next few years doing stints across other well-known LA shops, before finding a home with Doner LA, ready to take our agency, and our clients, to the next level.
Creative Director, Design Director
Drew leads the design team at Doner LA and is known for his forward-thinking design and meticulous attention to detail.
During his decade of experience, Drew has worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands including Target, Nike, McDonald’s and Abbott Labs.
Drew has deep experience in the CPG category, working with powerhouse companies like SC Johnson, Diamond Foods and Johnson & Johnson across many brands.
Developing a comprehensive visual language for brands is second nature for Drew, where he creates specific styling cues to make work instantly recognizable, while flexible enough to take full advantage of the opportunities various platforms provide.
From packaging to websites, social posts to mobile apps and print to e-commerce tools, Drew’s design envelops the user in the essence of a brand at every turn.
Drew joined the Doner LA team from Deutsch LA where he served as Associate Design Director leading full-spectrum projects for Target. He has also worked at IA Collaborative and VSA Partners and has been decorated with several industry awards including the ID Design Distinction and Spark Gold Award. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Autumn leads all aspects of Doner LA’s diverse content creation, from bidding to production and post. She is our in-house magician with vast experience producing content for a wide range of mediums and platforms, with a knack for always finding the right solutions.
Her magic is likely thanks to a unique, fully integrated and multidisciplinary background, with experience producing Video, Experiential, Radio and Social activated and driven work.
She has managed countless productions ranging in everything from International Infiniti campaigns crossing four continents to orchestrating a museum in the middle of Times Square for WEtv.
Autumn prides herself on delivering projects on time, on budget and, most importantly, being able to drive impactful business results. By maintaining strong relationships with production vendors and sales representatives, Autumn is always striving to find innovative production solutions to bring any idea to life.
Autumn joined Doner LA from Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where she was Senior Integrated Producer. Prior to her career in advertising, she got her start building customized travel itineraries for an adventure tours company. She graduated Cum Laude with a BSBA in Marketing from Savannah State University.
Director of Digital Production
Julian is the definition of a digital native and has perfected the ability to translate intricate details about digital development into something the rest of us can understand. He studied Symbolic Systems at Stanford University and cut his teeth in the world of startups before falling in love with advertising.
With over 10 years’ experience leading teams, Julian has expertly managed projects across digital display, mobile apps, enterprise-level website development and maintenance, virtual reality and augmented reality experiences, and more. If it can appear on a screen, Julian can make it happen.
Julian excels at efficiently running projects and always finding a solution to virtually any problem. Staying at the forefront of digital innovation, Julian identifies bleeding-edge opportunities for Doner LA clients to stay far ahead of their competition — whether it’s more cost-effective methods of production or introducing all-new technology.
With experience in categories like automotive, travel, CPG, retail, financial services, QSR and more, Julian can create the right experience for his clients.
Prior to joining Doner LA, Julian held digital production leadership roles at Deutsch and AKQA. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with extensive knowledge and experience with Agile and Kanban.
