Vault Health

Digitally focused telemedicine is a rapidly growing category. So when Vault Health needed a partner to help break through in a disruptive category and build their brand, they came to Doner LA.

Our charge was to create the Vault brand from scratch – from the positioning to visual design, all the way down to the logo – and deliver work that not only broke through the clutter, but established Vault as a credible medical provider in a crowded marketplace.

Our solution was to develop a breakthrough brand ID that felt different than anyone else – approachable yet authoritative, cheeky yet credible and, most of all, elevated.

Our work launched with an all-new website, featuring our new branding and conversion-focused updates to the site structure to help drive action. The results were immediate and impressive. Bounce rates were down, conversion was up, and business was headed in the right direction. Then, within the month, the world was rocked by COVID-19.

But thanks to Vault’s unique service structure, they were able to pivot their business model to offer the first FDA-approved at-home COVID testing system, and they have since become the preferred partner for government agencies and corporations alike – including the states of Minnesota and Hawaii, jetBlue, Goldman Sachs, the NBA and more.

And as their business evolved, so has our work for Vault. We adapted the launch campaign to be more representative of their new business model and offerings, focusing more heavily on B2B than B2C, and reimagined the brand across messaging, visual ID system and tone of voice. We are currently finalizing the brand’s new messaging across TV and a new website, with the plan to launch in January 2021.
